Starting back up on Monday.

Life is busy ... Well that's my excuse anyway. Somehow the last few days I have gotten way off track and I would really love to get back into the swing of things!

Horrible time for me to decide this because tomorrow we leave to go camping for two days. I know, I know I could eat fruits, veggies, drink water and only eat chicken and fish. But what kind of camping food is that?! This will be our first camping trip as our own little family. When I was a kid camping food consisted of hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, pop and best of all marshmellows! I want our first camping trip to be just like the good ol' days when my weight didn't seem to matter!

So I'll be back to it on Monday ... I swear!

Wednesday was supposed to be my first BIG weigh in but as I'm sitting at home in the afternoon I realized, "Wait a second, I didn't weigh myself!" Then my next thought was ... "Oh that's why I didn't, I don't own a scale." So I will have to get myself one of those horrible devices so I can tell you all my progress. I will have my first weigh in this upcoming week.

I did promise I would be honest about what I ate everyday so here it is I promise it won't be pretty!

Breakfast - 2 eggs
Lunch - McDONALDS! (YUCK) It wasn't planned, I was grocery shopping on an empty stomach ... BAD IDEA!
Dinner - 2 chicken leggs, 1/2 a cup of rice, and a cup of salad.

No snacking today neither good nor bad. Seeing as I enjoyed having a few healthy snacks/small meals during the day.

I am very excited to get back on track on Monday. I really did enjoy feeling better about doing something great for my body! It made me feel awesome even in just such a short time!

Ps. Still haven't had a regular PEPSI! So proud this is a huge stepping stone for me!

Well until Monday ...
